Free Shipping Terms:

- Contiguous US orders only. 

- Calculated by order subtotal, after discounts and before taxes. 

Free shipping will be calculated on the order subtotal, after any discounts or credits have been applied. In the event an applied discount reduces the subtotal of your order below $99, Free Shipping will not be applied. 

Free shipping default option for Contiguous USA orders only. 

* The addition of non-physical items such as E-Gift Cards are not counted toward the free shipping threshold of $99

Refusal of Delivery: 

Kion reserves the right to withhold refunds on shipping charges in the event of delivery being refused by the end recipient. 

 

International Shipping Policies

 

Our basic international freight service is UPS Mail Innovations International. Please note, this service leverages your local post for final delivery. 

 

International Shipping Restrictions

Due to import regulations, the following products are not available to ship to certain countries:

Kion Clean Protein -  Australia, United Kingdom

Kion Coffee - Australia

Kion Colostrum -  Australia, United Kingdom

Kion Sleep - Canada

Kion Aminos - Korea

 

International customers should keep the following in mind before placing orders on GetKion.com:

Your order may be subject import/customs fees and taxes and it is the customer’s responsibility to be informed about them.  Fees and taxes are unique to each country and the customer is responsible for paying any fees or taxes due. In the event that a shipment is returned to Kion for refusal to pay import fees, Kion reserves the right to retain the original shipping cost paid.

Occasionally customs can take an extended period of time to review and release an order for delivery. Due to the potential delays in customs review process, the time from order placement to order delivery can vary widely.

Additionally, customs may also determine that an order/product shall not be allowed into the country and will instead return the order to our fulfillment center.  It is the customer’s responsibility to understand their local import laws and which products do and do not comply with those laws.  Kion is not responsible for any cost incurred by the customer for orders rejected by the local customs office.

Please keep all of the above in mind before placing your international order.
